QuickBooks Training - Our Approach

My Firm uses a 4-Phase approach to setting up or enhancing a QuickBooks accounting system. 

      Phase I -- QuickBooks Setup or revision.  See quickbookssetup.php.

Why choose one-on-one attention instead of taking a class?

  • We don't talk theory.  We come to your location.  We work with your Team with live transactions.  We watch for confirmaion about whether they are grasping the goals and steps they are learnnig.  We show them how those entries create financial reports that they will be able to issue to managment.  Your staff is beginning to create your financial statements from our first appointment.

  • We will be there to answer your specific questions and concerns during each training phase.  We are also available for follow up training.

  • Since we setup the preferences, account list, iconbar shortcuts, templates and reports, your Team does not have to learn something they may never use again.  Instead, your Team can focus on their recurring tasks that help you successfully operate your business!
